Keystep Pro not receiving clock in from eurorack

Hi,

Just purchased a Keystep Pro and have been having an issue getting it to recieve clock in from Pam's New Workout. Pam's and the KSP are both set to 24ppq. Have tried with KSP set both to auto in and clock in and clock does not seem to be detected. Also tried with Tempi and KSP will not respond to its clock or modify tempo to match incoming clock, no matter what ppq it is set to. If I hit play KSP just follows internal clock.

Am I missing something?

So I’ve done further testing and gotten the KSP to respond to clock intermittently. However, it responds in a weird way where the clock in does not affect the tempo, which remains at 120 while the tempo on Pam’s is set at 92 bpm.ALSO, clock advances at 1/6th speed or so, very slow and not really synced.  Input set to clock, 24ppq for both Pam’s and KSP. Anyone know what might be causing this?
