Analog Lab V versus Meleotron
« on: February 09, 2022, 04:00:50 pm »
I am new to digital music but enjoying very much, recently purchased a Mini Lab and looking at a larger 61 Key version Arturia board.
I am mainly a guitar player and learning keyboards. I would like to find presets for Beatles , King Crimson, and Moody Blues
orchestral type sounds. Are there any in either of the two VST' packages above? or  are they strictly something that one must learn to create from scratch. I do have a roland FP10 that I can layer piano and strings on and even that works for a fun version of Nights in White Satin.  given the bands I mentioned and being a newbie any suggestions on an appropriate  Arturia Key  board and associated vst's.
Thanks,
B

Hi

There are melotron patches in Analog Lab for the flutes and strings used by both the Beatles and the Moody's.
As for the rest, before you splash the cash why don't you download the demo of Analog Lab and have a browse round the patches?
