How do I reset keysep37

I have been using the keyboard for a couple of months now without issue. :D  Since then the sequencer will not record the notes when I press them. The step counter stays at 1 and doesn't change no matter what I push/turn off. It is still the same. When I push play nothing plays and it is blinking on the one-note "it thinks I played." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hold down the "OCT-" and "OCT+" keys while powering the unit on.

You will see a longer-than-normal startup sequence with "rst" in the display. When this finishes, the unit should be back to factory settings.
