Free "Matrixbrute Patch Viewer" software (beta) now available

Thanks to pgoergen for discovering these two issues (affected both pc and mac):
- If typing  a folder name in the export "save" dialog creating the folders failed. Changed to a method that creates missing parents.
- Some placeholders appeared in the html in some cases, removed

I also added the image of the preset names to the 00_all and 00_index html's
