My sparkLE and Analog Lab will only run in demo mode as I am told both are not active on my computer despite "My Arturia" confirming they are
I can't login to Software Centre as it says "service unavailable, please try later" which suggests that this is a software centre bug. Previously I have had to constantly reactivate my products which has proved annoying, now I can't use my products at all which is infuriating.
I receive the authorisation tab stating "the software is not active on this computer". When I click on activate I receive the message "can't communicate with the Arturia Software center. Also worth mentioning is Arturia Software Center status is offline despite a good internet connection.
Please help.
I don't see why a connection error with Software Centre would prevent me from using all Arturia products, especially as my hardware is showing as active in "My Arturia"
