Created a reverb tail by nesting a clip in a sequence and adding a "black" video.  Did you solve this or file a bug report?  As far as I UPSers website  know, this is the only way to force premiere to "render" those reverb tails and have them come out on  Render Audio might work too, but this preference has to be turned on.
