Ever since I first laid eyes on the arturia.com I found it a bit quaint , but never mind that !
What I would like to ask is that the website gets a lot better functionality !
My main gripe is when looking at Sounds and software , in particular the
https://www.arturia.com/sounds First of all I think that there ought to be either automatic grouping of ALL by 'instrument' or since Arturia are not going to like that because some 'sounds' can be used for more instruments then maybe make an icon or write in pre-shown text what 'instruments' sounds are for !
Secondly ! , why is there no wish-list function ? So a wish-list function please !
Thirdly , then since there is no wish-list function then when I spot something (sound collection) in A1 (Analog Lab V) software store browser on PC I try to go to
https://www.arturia.com/sounds to make a book mark of what I saw ! Only to find out that it is *NOT* shown in store on the internet ! . WHAT ? So Arturia almost makes the selling of sounds into like a private club for those that happens to spot in the Store browser part of the software running on ones own PC ! Maybe you should also make the stuff available in browsers on the internet ?
Fourthly, and this is I think extremely strange, why does
https://www.arturia.com/sounds not show the price of stuff before I click on things ? So maybe show prices also on main page before clicking ? And maybe a sort by price also ?
Fifthly , if you go to the
www.ikmultimedia.com then you will find a Red Bar at the internet browser page where today it says : SPECIAL OFFERS 10 THIS MONTH .
After having read more forum posts from users questioning if some offer is still valid or why it does not work then that makes me suggest that Arturia makes a permanent page with link reference to all offers that may be valid at the time page is served , that including both long term campaign offers and promotions as well as shorter store sales !
Actually , in some ways , then the more I learn about Arturia software and hardware products then the more I like what I learn about. And the software that I have appear to work great. So it's not like I am really negative towards Arturia . But still improvements are needed , especially with respect to internet site functionality !
