Dear All,
I've just replaced a Windows 10 laptop for a brand new Windows 10 16Gb all-in-one with 4 x USB ports - and getting errors with the USB MIDI for my KLMKII.
With no other applications open or USB devices connected, in MCC I get Error - The device has been disconnected.
KLMKII shows as working properly in Device Manager.
If I open any Arturia instrument the KLMKII display shows the preset selected.
Please help - I just spent a grand on a dedicated new PC for the sole purpose of Arturia and the one thing that doesn't work is the MIDI interface.
