VCO 1 Phase Retrigger

A phase(wave) retrigger for VCO1 would be very nice.

It would be a great option to have in the oscillators settings.
It's often necessary for tight bass patches.

I wonder if it's technically achievable with the way these oscillators are conceived.

There would have to be dedicated hardware specifically for that, so since the feature isn't there I think we can assume that the needed hardware isn't there.

That was my doubt, but I was wondering if OSC1 being able to sync to OSC2 works on the same principle.

The Osc 2>1sync feature, while entailing a phase reset, can't be used for key-on phase reset, unfortunately. It's a hardwired function (through a VCA for a variable threshold) where Osc 2 resets Osc1 every period - a key-on phase reset would require a different control path in the hardware, where the CPU does the phase reset.
