Pro Tools 2020.12 on mac doesn't recall settings correctly

Very bad bug when I reopen the session,
basically all the settings are messy. Need to save and reload the patch before closing the session and recall it when I open it.
I'm on Mac Os Mojave, latest version, Pro Tools Ultimate latest version.

*also: the capthca system of this forum is horrible. almost impossible to recognize the letters, and safari doesn't "read"them for you to listen, had to install chrome...

Could you contact our support and send us a problematic session?
I tried to replicate your issue but my protools and jup are working fine, no issue regarding parameters recall. (Pro tools 2021)
