I turned the Minilab pads into (kind of) a light-up sequencer!
« on: February 02, 2021, 11:08:05 pm »
I was really bummed when I bought my Minilab this year and couldn't get the pads to light up in sequence, which is really handy at count-ins and keeping time while playing.  So I made a Max4Live device for the Minilab MKII to do just that!  This device, when placed on a MIDI track with MIDI out to the Arturia Minilab MKII, will light up the pads on the beat using SysEx messages (similar to a light-up sequencer).  I'd love to hear feedback from the community!

Great work! How did you determine the SysEx syntax for the Minilab?
