Everything was great until I upgraded my Analog Lab 4 to the newest version. Since then I have spent almost 3 weeks with Registration Support. All they do is keep having me deactivate in ASC and then activate. When I do this, the program works until I reboot. Then I get the registration splash screen and all settings are lost AGAIN. I have asked for a phone number or a chatbot (to no avail) as what has taken 3 weeks should be able to be corrected in minutes. Has anyone had this issue? If so, were you able to fix it? TIA.
