[CDM Hardware] Can The Knobs Be Changed From Absolute to Relative Mode?

Nothing more than the thread title. When the unit is in general MIDI mode.
I've tried editing settings in MCC and saving them to the CDM controller but the CDM hardware unit must not be able to store settings.
