KeyLab Essentials 61 - C3, C3#, E3 and G3 doesn't work

As i mentioned at the subject (in analog lab layout) C3, C3#, E3 and G3 keys doesn't work, E3 works one time when i powered on keyboard and pressed after that doesn't work.

Welcome. Sorry to hear of your problems however this is a users' community so you won't get a reply from Arturia. Your best option is to either raise a support ticket or send it back to the retailer as broken.
