No sound from Mix Output

Got a second hand Drumbrute. However, there is not sound from the Mix Output.I have checked the settings in the Midi Control Center, and all seems fine.
Headphone outs all work fine.
The firmware is up to date.

Anyone know how to solve this issue?Is it easy to fix?

If not, what is the difference between the Headphone out and the Mix out. I was thinking of connecting to the headphone out worst case.

Actually, today i notice when I turn all sounds max, mater volume max, my mixer max, I can hear a very soft sound from the Mix Output. Really soft. Any clues?
