Stuck notes and pads/pitch bend issues.
« on: November 14, 2020, 05:28:55 am »
So far this keyboard has been a massive headache:

1. Notes get stuck all the time, to turn off a stuck note i have to press it again. It's like the keyboard doesn't send a key release midi message.
2. When i use pitch bend and play the pads they become glitchy, here's a video of the issue: https://youtu.be/SnkfncwMpf0
3. Pads activation threshold is really high, i have to hit them so hard, i can hear it through headphones! (and velocity is not even max..)
4. (minor issue) Encoders are not tactile. Would be nice to have Beatstep-like encoders on this keyboard. It's really hard to select a track/row in Ableton with them (or do anything that requires precision).

I didn't find any threads mentioning these issues on the Minilab, so if you have this keyboard - please let me know if you have them. Maybe i just have a faulty unit?

Same issue with my KeyStep. It does that when playing chords.

I think i'm haveing similar issues

On latest 1.2.4 firmware, Keylab 49 MK II

I use logic, MIDI crashes and i have to restart the keylab whenever i use the pitch bend wheel a few times

Emailed support and they asked me to send the unit back but i have a feeling that's the wrong direction, seems like a software issue

This also happens with the modwheel

Also tried with Ableton, same thing

Also Arturia the forum verification image letters are very hard to read!
