Using Midi to select and play a pattern

I am new to midi, using drumbrute with logic. I would like to somehow tell the brute which pattern to play as my song progresses from Logic. Is this possible?

Try Pattern Looper (for beat repeats) and Step Repeat (for looping glitch effects). Also Song Mode allows you to chain patterns together into a longer composition if you're interested.
