Keystep won't start, all lights lighting

My one year old, seldom used Keystep won't start. When powered, the only thing that happens is that all the lights are turned on.

I have tried multiple USB-cables and both through a USB wall-plug and through the computer. The computer does not show anything new connected.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue? Thanks in advance.

exactly the same problem, i barely even used my keystep and it was fine till 2 days ago. i tried to start it again today and now it only turns on red lights on tap and append for a while then it blinks once and goes off. would be thankful if anybody from arturia could provide a solution or answer. thanks.
