MIDI control center won't run

Hi everyone,

First time posting here.  BSP is a really beautiful device.

This seems to be some common issue, helas with no clear solution on the web nor on this forum :

MIDI control center doesn't work here.  I tried for several hours now.  I disabled Windows Defender + Antimalwarebytes + Windows firewall, but that didn't change anything.

I read it's sometimes about USB drivers.  But look, Windows perfectly sees BSP in the Device Manager.  And I tried to plug in various USB : direct to motherboard, front panel (no hub).  Factory USB wire.

MCC works fine on my laptop, which allowed me to upgrade firmware to the latest version.

So what... ?  I don't get what's happening here.

Help would be really appreciated.

PS.  got 2 alternative quesitons :

1. is there any french speaking  forum anywhere ?
2. is there a way to avoid typing that triple catcha-thing for any message you post ?

To solve this, in my case, I had to create a new Admin profile in W10, then install MCC on it, and it instantly worked fine.

Then, back on the main Windows profile, things seem to be unlocked.  Didn't try yet to delete the other profile
