Purchased banks not showing

hi.
i just purchased P3 plus the included sound banks. this was already discussed here:

but option 2 is not working for me and i also canīt find that progi called "preset installer" under more info.
can someone provide a link to said program or any help.

Allrighty. It solved itself. I wish i could tell you how. I tried so many things. Well it works now. Thanks to Arturia support, they tried their best.
