KeyLab 61: Multiple keys being triggered from C1 - G1

Hi,

I am getting an issue where the KeyLab 61 keys C1-G1 are triggering multiple other keys across the keyboard.
For example, in the MIDI Control centre when I play C1 I can see that the keys C3 G#3 E4 C5 C1 G#1 and E2 are all entering a note on state.

The rest of the keyboard works fine and I have tested this across multiple apps. Furthermore, I have updated to the latest firmware and have also tried a hard reset (power on while holding the octave +/- buttons).

Please let me know if there is a way that this can be resolved.
