Hello!
I know this is not the official support forum, but now has been 3 days since I got the Arturia V Collection and, after signing up, I haven't got any confirmation email (also not in the spam folder) so I'm locked out from my account because is not active.
I have tried to reach them in multiple ways (facebook messenger, instagram, contact form), but nobody is helping me out.
This is not the experience I was expecting.
Also, I think it would have been nice to have a "resend confirmation email" link in the page after signing up, if none is received.
Do you guys have any suggestions?
