Hi, I recently acquired the KL Essential 61 Black Edition to use with a W10 laptop, but I think it's not working as it should.
Each time I plug it on my laptop usb, some buttons light up and others don't, the pads take a random color each time and don't respond to presses, and there isn't one button that lights up when pressed.
This is really frustrating as I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
