I Have Spark Hardware But No Software Licence

Hello everyone,

I bought Spark used from BH Photo Video in New York 2 weeks ago, but missing in the box were:

1. install cd (which is not a problem since I can download the latest update anyway);
2. the registration card with all the useful numbers.

Is there a way to obtain a licence? I wrote to Arturia sales 10 days ago but they didn't know how to handle this case and referred me to the tech department but no news from them to date. Perhaps someone around here has encoutered this?

Go back to BH Photo and return it.  Did you call them as soon as you found out?   Open your next box in-store to make sure you've got everything in the box, too.

Hey, just wanted to say thank you to Kevin and Jérôme from Arturia sales department.

After some e-mails back and forth, I was graciously sent a serial number and unlock key by Arturia. Almost about to finally enter the exciting world of Spark drums programming. I say almost because I've been having problems adding Spark to my account, I don't know if the registration site is down or what....

Anyway, that's probably a subject for another post.
