I just bought an Arturia Minilab mk2 and downloaded my free version of Ableton Live lite 10 from my ARTURIA account that comes with it.
In Ableton, in preferences I set everything on arturias Minilab .
Then I sync the Minilab with Ableton pressing the shif button and the number 8 pad.
After I do this, I can use the program with no problems, playing the keyboard, the pads, almost all the knobs but the knob number 16 doesn't work at all. The knob number 8 works fine an it moves from left to right on the screen but the number 16 its suppose to move the screen from up and down and doesn't do anything.
On the contrary, the knob 16 works fine on Analog lab lite.
Please if you can help me ill beber grateful.
I watched every video tutorial on youtube and followed all the steps but no-one seems to have the problem that I have.
I have a Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6
