It has taken me so much longer than it should have. I came here because I had an issue with my brand new synthesizer, only to be met with yet another obstacle. That was extremely frustrating. I'm well aware of the concern about spammers, but plenty of other websites effectively defend against spammers without sending their users through a rube goldberg of vexing verification. Hopefully this will be addressed soon.
