I am using the BSP with an MPC Live. Being in Controller Mode and the BSP connected to my windows computer I see that it sends Record Strobe: F0 7F 7F 06 01 F7 when the Record Button is pressed which causes the MPC Live to become "Record Ready" (the record led blinks).
If the BSP is not connected to the computer (just a normal USB power supply) it does not send the respective message and the MPC Live does not become "Record Ready".
When connected to the windows machine again and then disabling the "Arturia BeatStep Pro" driver in the Device Manager, the "Record Ready" is also not sent. So it seems there is something going on with the Beatstep Driver on the computer that causes the message being sent.
Is there a way that the BSP sends the "Record Strobe" message if it is connected to a normal power supply?
