Yea, just like treibstoff I am wondering why there is no possibility to stop clips?

This whole midi stuff makes me crazy...

Little Update:
When I create a new MIDI track I am able to stop the clip. But the different tracks will go on playing. Any idea?

Another Update:
I found the "toggle" function. Now I am able to start tracks and stop them.

Thanks in advance

Hi !

I agree with you : i can record a track, i can play it but ... not stop it ?  ???

You said that the "toggle" option might be helpful, instead of "gate" in the midi control center. Coud you please be more descriptive ? What did you do to be able to start and stop the tracks ?

Thanks a lot !

Hi,
This drives me nuts too.
I'm trying to make the toggle option active for pads, to be able to stop clips. Here's what i've done :
last firmware 1.0.9. xxx
open midi control center
recall from memory 8 to a new template
update this template (all pads "gate" -> "toggle")
Store the template to memory 8 (tried with memory 7 too)
quit
ableton 10 lauch
setting miniab mk2 for control surface/input/output
remote and track "on" for minilab mk2 (input/output)
shift + pad8 act as if nothing was done (but all is functionnal)
shift + pad7 : erratic behavior, even for controls not tweaked . why ?

can someone help me please
thank you
