Hi,
New user here. My MxB has a very dim LCD screen display. I have tried to change it using the Adjust LED Brightness procedure, but this does not affect the LCD screen brightness. Any fixes out there? Thank you

Welcome to the forum!
The display is not an LCD or LED, but instead an E-Ink display. These are most often used in reading tablets like e.g. Kindle. They do not have any lighting and are purely reflective, meaning that you need light to read it. As you have seen it still retains the image when power is switched off, one interesting attribute of E-Ink displays.
I have a small clip-light that I sometimes use, clipping it on to the top edge of the synth.

Thank you for the helpful info, Doc! Will check back when I attempt to connect Moog Mother-32, DFAM and Subharmonicon...
