It seems surprisingly easy to get clicking in the latest Modular V. I spend most patch designing time in mono with sequencer and filter. Is this a known issue? They are really quiet clicks but they are still pretty audible if you listen for them. It's only occasionally too btw, the same phrase repeated will eventually trigger one for me. I use sequencer a lot too.
