Having trouble registering on the website.

Hello,
I've filled in and confirmed most of the information required on the "New Account" page, such as name, email, password, and country.
But there is one last blank box on the bottom right, with no description on what I need to input. It's simply a blank white text box. When I click register, this box turns red, meaning that it is required information.

Maybe it's my computer acting up. Can someone tell me what information I need to type into this box?

On the bottom right of the page there's a captcha. Maybe your web browser is blocking this.
Could you please test with an other web browser ?

oh, I see! I'm visiting China, and the great firewall is probably what's blocking it, as I've tried other browsers as well.
Whelp, guess I'm gonna have to wait until I get back, thank you for the help!
