Hi there,

is it possible to connect the Mix output of the Drumbrute to the "Mic/Guitar Input" of my Yamaha PSR-S775? This input is an 6.35 mm (1⁄4 inch) phone socket with a mic/guitar switch and a gain-poti.

I'm not sure if this will blow up my Arranger - is the voltage signal form the Drumbruetes Mix Out basically the same as an mic/guitar would send or is it substantially higher?

Sorry, I could not find any information on this issue. It would be aboulutely awesome if this would work, because then I could use some fancy stuff like effects and compressor from the arranger...  8)

Hi PelkerToffl,
DrumBrute Mix output is at line signal level. This is not the right impedance for a "Mic/Guitar Input".

Generally it will work, just watch the output level of the Impact. To be sure you may want to place a reversed DI box inbetween for impedance matching.
