Vince Clarke has stated that he used a 2600 for the recognizable lead sound on Yazoo's Don't Go. (with the Pro-One making many other sounds).
I've tried recreating it, but I can only make it sound subpar in comparison. Maybe someone can screenshot a patch of it or upload a preset file?
That would be sweet.
