I recently got a used Keylab 49 from Guitar center that did not come with the original packaging. I got it for a great deal, but when i go to activate my email on the Arturia website i get a message that my email is blocked, or not activated, even though i did not receive an activation email. I also do not know where to find the serial number and unlock code because i did not receive a quick start sheet from the store. Let me know what i should do next.
