I like to sequence a pattern on the fly in the unused steps of a sequence then extend the pattern to play the new section. It would be great if you could set the first step of the pattern as well as the end. Then you could be playing the first four or 8 bar loop, program in a second one and and switch over to it all without missing a beat.
