clap in colour mode
« on: October 12, 2018, 09:30:12 am »
Hi

I am enjoying the Impact, it sounds great. I use both it and the original Drumbrute together, and I particularly appreciate the sequencer. Good job!

I think that the clap sounds a bit strange on colour mode. At lower to medium delay settings it sounds like a double hit, or a flam, with two distinct sounds in quick succession. Is that the intention?

The other thing is the cowbell, I would have liked some more flexibility with shaping this sound. Was wondering why it's not changeable?

By the way, if ever Arturia were to make a Drumbrute with semi-modular capability, so that I can use LFOs to change various parameters on the instruments, then I would be seriously sold.

Thanks  8)

i'm not sure to quite understand what you mean by double hit. sure it could maybe happen when on finger drumming, but to be really sure, could you please do record of this clap when on finger drumming, and also when sending a midi note to this track?

About the cowbell, it is by design, the cowbell is static.

looking forward to read you,
cheers,
