Latch Mode for Transpose and Pattern Change (One-Key operations)

For live performances, it would be very useful to latch transposing sequences and changing patterns,
so that changes can be initiated with one key only, without having to press the sequencer key simultaneously as a shift function.

In Latch mode:
- sequences are transposed by pressing the corresponding pad key only
- patterns are changed by pressing the corresponding step key only
