Drumbrute Near Dead !

Right folks, who know what is happening with my Drumbrute ?
Its 3 months old and suddenly the Claps, Snare, Maracas and Tambourine are going silent ?
What must I do know ?
Where to send it or what ?
Based in Ireland myself.
