tempo sync with iOs app (with iRig midi)

Hello,
I have problem of midi synchro with iOs app. I want the beatstep to control tempo of iOs apps like Loopy HD or Animoog... But the rotary knob tempo/time does not change BPM in those apps.

My setup
Betasten pro >Midi>iRig>iPhoneSE : animoog, funkbox = tempo does not sync 

It works well with hardware :
Betasten Pro>Midi>volca beats = tempo sync

yes, I found it.
In Loopy, I should disable "ableton Link" to access the "clock source" menu and choose "iRig"
