Recent update doesn't listen to MIDI

In this update that dropped when VC6 came out I can't get the Stage73 to respond to MIDI in standalone. I open the prefs and my MIDI interface ports don't show so there's no way to assign my keyboard to the 73. Does the same thing in BlueCat Patchwork. Totally useless; at least I had the previous version installer to fall back on. The Updated Wurlitzer does the same thing.

Did a direct download from the Downloads page instead of going through ASC and it works just fine. Somehow the update that comes or came through ASC is corrupt.
