Pedal not Working
« on: September 09, 2017, 12:42:28 am »
The pedal on my Roland HP3000 keyboard doesn't work with any of the V Collection programs.  I can only get a sustain when I hold down one note.  Any suggestions?

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

V-Collection have many applications. They are not the same, and don't all work the same way.
So you need to tell some more.
Does your Sustain pedal for example work on the Wurli?
On Which applications does'nt your pedal work? - and please give and preset example where the pedal does'nt work. Perhaps the application or the preset is'nt set or programmed to use the sustain pedal, when you try it out. For example some applications have a button in the applications bottom panel as one way to enable Hold.

Also i don't know if a piano like yours need to be set up to send the needed signal. Have you checked the manual?
