Minilab Firmware and Linux Use
« on: March 02, 2016, 07:05:45 am »
I'm having trouble using my Minlab on a Linux system, I think it's been shown that Minilab firmware 3.0.0.5 works fine with Linux systems-- the problem is I'm using firmware 2.1.0.2. Is it possible for me to upgrade my Minilab to firmware 3.0.0.5? Currently when launching MIDI Control Center Unified it will only allow me to select a *.bin file (which is the filetype of 2.1.0.2) for firmware selection whereas firmware 3.0.0.5 is a *.led file. Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue, I am trying to go back from 3.0.0.5 to 2.1.0.2 but the dialogue box expects a .led file rather than a .bin the 2.1.0.2 is. Renaming the file doesn't work and apparently the octave up+octave down combo doesn't factory reset it. I've contacted them about it two days ago however still not reply as I am sure you might have noticed from other people's comments, Arturia's support is not good.
