Noisy volume pots on bass Drums

Just bought a DB I preordered.
Playing the demo model in store noticed this issue, and mine does it too.
If you have either of the bass drums playing either manually triggering or with steps, like a 1/8 note boom boom, if you move the volume pot for the track it sounds like it is dusty - the ole' crackle and fizz. Sometimes it even attenuates the volume after you stop moving it. Only does it on the 2 bass drums. Doesn't make any noise moving volume pot when track not triggered.
Haven't had a chance to FW update as I am visiting the city to buy it, and computer is at home.
Also noticed some noise on the filter channel when not bypassed - kinda sad to hear it - this is while using quality headphones,
Oh and the tap tempo light is in super strobe mode and doesn't follow the tempo...

Anyway, any one else have "noisy" pots.  Firmware issue or mechanical?

I will need to return this in  a few days before I head home - kind of a bummer as I had such high hopes.

BUMP,
Please can some try this.
1) hit the bass drum pad repetitively
2)turn the volume knob for the track at the same time
3) see if it ramps up and down smoothly, or does it get glithy and noisy
4) try the other bass drum

Hi this is known, It is part of the analogue circuit  if you change the pitch a bit it goes away.

I returned the unit as this issue wasn't going to work for me. Hopefully V2 will have this stuff worked out. Cheers
