Registration issue

I just received my mkII in the mail and it's great quality but I get the error 'You can't register with this license.' Any assistance would be appreciated.

as i can't help with registration/activation issues ( i'm referent tester, can only help with purely technical cases)
i suggest you contact your support team via our website : https://www.arturia.com/support/askforhelp
then select "registering and activating" icon.
It means you have to have an arturia account, if you don't have one, please create one here :https://www.arturia.com/createanaccount/
