Minilab does not control parameters SEM V2

I just bought Arturia Minlab with licenses Analog Lab, SemV2 and Ableton Lite.
In ableton I can control, the parameters of the program, the Analog Lab also works smoothly.
It SemV2 the only thing that works is the keyboard (piano) Pitch and Mod, other controls are almost completely inert. When I move in a pot some of them give a little shaken in the software does not work volume, does not work the function to change the presets, does not work no control (decay, lfo, curtoff, etc ..)
I looked on the problem and could not find. I use windows 10 Professional 64Bit. Does anyone have any tips?

there is a difference between relative and absolute in the cc settings.
I had that too with my octatrack and switched to absolute settings. That made the difference... It is somewhere deep in the manual..

I tried to use the default profile that is relative and also absolute profile.
I also used the option to synchronize, tried setting knob by knob however did not get success.
only works the piano keyboard, pitch and mod, all other knob becomes inert.
