In short: No.
The MicroBrute has no digital control over its parameters; the knobs and sliders are potentiometers directly connected to the analog circuits. The only exceptions are the mod wheel and pitch wheel. The only MIDI data the synth will only respond to are note on and off, modulation, and pitch bend.
For the same reason, it is not possible to save presets.
