Problem with personal presets

since the last update to ios 8.4, the file mypreset is no longer recognized, and all the work of sound design of months is lost. I tried to import a backup files of my presets, but the problem has remained. please, solve this bug asp.

do you have solution or an answer? i don't want lose a sound design's work of months. please, give me an answer. i don't want have the sensation, that arturia leave the customers alone.

Maybe they are not completely lost.  Can you import those files into the desktop version?

I don't have the desktop version and i want to use my presets with the ipad version. so is the iprophet useless. you cannot work for professional use, because you cannot save the work, and if you lost a sound designe-works of months, the app is useless. Arturia have to solve this bug asap.

why Arturia does not respond to requests for help? I assume that Arturia not going to fix the bug with the presets. In this way iprophet is unusable.

Arturia seems that not going to respond or to resolve this serious bug iprophet, which makes the app unusable. as it is possible, that for all softwares there are updates and solutions of bugs, but not for iprophet? Arturia discriminate between users?

What I do not understand is why Arturia not respond to reports of bugs. Without the ability to save presets, it is impossible to use iprophet. This way iprophet is only a demo, even if Arturia wanted some money to sell iprophet, does not works.
