Beatstep Pro Control Mode Mapping to Volca Beats or Meeblip Triode

How do i map BSP control mode encoders to Volca Beats individual part levels using Midi Control Center.
In MCC i mapped the encoders to Volca beats part levels but nothing happens when i turn the encoders is there something that i am missing? and the sync button is also grayed out. please advise i am really new at this.

Have you set your Volca Beats to receive "short messages"?  If not, it won't respond to MIDI CC's it receives.
