Missing Knobs?

Hi,
I don't know if anyone else has suffered the same problem of the rotary knobs becoming loose? When gigging I have lost a few so I decided to make some new ones on my 3d printer.
Attached are the STL files I used. I originally re-created the original knobs, but afterwards I decided to remodel them. I prefer the upgraded design to the original and have now replaced the lot!
I used ninja-flex filament (or similar) to make them.

Hi Emporio,
Mine are fine, I'v tried to have a look on some stamp (manufactured date), but nothing found. I bought my keyboard almost 1 month ago, and I had focus on trying how are these knobs and sliders cover holding. Mine seems very fixed.
