Keystep sync timing issues
« on: July 11, 2016, 10:09:54 pm »
When sending trigger from a Roland tr-606 There are some timing issues.
the sequence is running In sync and then after a while it's off sync.
The timing in which it happens is random.
It also happens when I change the tempo knob on the 606,
Which can mean that the keystep is not sensitive
Enough for trigger tempo changes.

Another strange issue - the legend near the 2 position
Switches is wrong (or the switches inside are soldered
Upside down). It took me some time to figure it out
But the sync option didn't work until I switched it the opposite way. /:

I had issues using the 606 trigger outs too but all the other analog gates/triggers i've tried have been fine.

I don't think that there is something unique about
The 606 triggers. I will check it out with another
Analog drum machine and I'll report back.
Thanks

Trying the keystep with trigger from the dr-110
Analog drum machine gives the same issues.
Sync is lost after I change the tempo or after a while
Playing together. There is definitely a problem with
Roland analog outs(?)
Please advise
